Grape Banana Smoothie

A summer friendly drink. I am a smoothie lover ever since my childhood. As I have said before this is the only season am allowed cold stuff. So I experiment with all sort of combinations possible during this time. Well not all outcomes are edible. This one is a combination of grape ,banana (robasta) and vanilla ice cream.
I love vanilla ice cream in juices. It gives a smoothness and a divine flavor [ at least for vanilla lovers like me] for the juices.
Now a days we should be very careful while purchasing and eating grapes. Buy only top quality and wash thoroughly before eating. I usually soak them in turmeric+salt+water or vinegar+water for few hours before use.

Ingredients

  • Seedless Black Grapes  -  1 cup
  • Banana  -  1 nos
  • Vanilla ice cream  -  1 or 2 scoops
  • Sugar  -  to taste
Method

  • Blend everything together in a mixer. Pour into glasses add a scoop of ice cream on top and serve.
Notes

  • Can avoid sugar.
  • Make sure the banana is nicely ripe.
