An Anniversary Cake

My mom and dad celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary on 17th march. 32 years of love and togetherness .., which created a wonderful family atmosphere for us [ Me and my Sis] to cherish . Thanking them for their love... care.. and all those values they have taught to mold us into the individuals we are now.
We always gave them surprises on their big day,it  was a routine I have been following since I was  11 [ before that may b i was not matured enough to think of the happiness i can give them ] . I still remember the expression on their faces when we surprised them for the first time.
.
Celebrations included a surprise gift, cake cutting, outing and dinner at any restaurant. Usually we buy  the cake from bakery [ mostly from Cochin Bakery],but this time thought of baking a cake for them. And the delicious Chocolate Truffle was once again born in my kitchen .
