Lemon Tea cake I always prefer  home made cakes than bakery ones.l won't say that my cakes are perfect but sure they are better at least health wise.We are not sure about the quality of raw materials used for store bought ones and most of them use margarine instead of butter.Well there are bakeries who are strict about the quality of their products.Now a days many are into cake baking, for the above reason.
