Moist Chocolate Cake

This chocolate cake is my sister's favorite. Its moist, soft and yummy and has a good shelf life. Which makes it convenient for her to pack it to hostel and work. What I like most about this cake is the ease at which it can be prepared

Strawberry Milk Shake

The smell and taste of strawberries are really addictive...so is this shake. I buy all my baking supplies from the shop 'Bakers & Butlers'. I think its the only shop in Calicut where u can find baking stuff. They offer a wide range of imported products too (cream of tartar, maple syrup, light corn syrup.. being some of them).

Fish Cutlets

Living in the coastal city of Kozhikode how can I ignore fish. People here are famous for their love for seafood. You can see them having fish even for breakfast. And we have a wide range of seafood  dishes to offer. Some of them are so popular that they have become the identity of the city.' Kallumma kaya' being the most famous among them.
