Have u wondered about those super soft cake base u get to eat in blackforest and chocolate truffles.........well i have....... I have been searching such a recipe for  a long time until i found this. I had heard about genoise sponge before..but thought it was meant for professional bakers.

Kurma is a very well known dish n each of you may be having one or two recipes with you. This one is my favourite recipe.Another speciality of this recipe is that it doesnt use any masalas or whole spices not even turmeric powder.....can you believe it.....yes absolutly stomach friendly and equally tasty.
